JHCOACHVELO offers structured training packages to help you prepare in a balanced way for your personal sporting goal, a challenge, a cycling event, or a competition. After an initial assessment of your physical potential and your corresponding training zones and thresholds, we will work together to develop a realistic training program that will allow you to progressively improve your performance level through targeted and structured training.

An ideal training week generally includes 2 or 3 structured sessions on equipment and 2 road rides, including a weekend ride dedicated to training or competition.

Basic package

This package offers a personalized program. It allows you to target one or more events, a specific progression goal, and to create a suitable, tailor-made training plan to achieve it

  • Weekly analysis of your training data

  • Daily communication via mgs TrainingPeaks

  • Monthly readjustment of sessions if necessary
