Description for working together : You must have a Trainingpeaks Basic account (free, created by you or JHCOACHVELO). On site: You must have an ANT+ home trainer compatible with training apps such as Perfprostudios or others. On the road : You must have a Garmin or similar brand computer or watch, a cadence sensor, and a power meter (a power meter on the bike is optional).
